RelyOn Business Insurance was launched into the Australian market to offer small business an alternative insurance offering that is only affordable but also offers extensive coverage. From to 1 April 2024 policies are issued by HDi Global Specialty SE and all policies issued before that date are underwritten by The Hollard Insurance Company.

HDI Global Specialty SE a limited liability company registered in Germany acting through its Australian branch. HDI is authorised by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) and holds an Australian Financial Services Licence issued by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission. HDI’s unique business model and partnership philosophy have quickly established HDI as the partner of choice for many of Australia’s leading underwriting agencies and independent insurance brokers, financial institutions and retailers.

Hollard Insurance is a large privately-owned business, founded on investing in partnerships. The Hollard Commercial Insurance team specialises in business insurance for Australian small-to-medium enterprises through partners and intermediaries and the team is supported by local, Australian based claims staff.

For all policies issued on or before 31st March 2024 this is the applicable PDS.

For all policies issued after the 1st April 2024 (excluding amendments for policies issued before 31st March 2024) this is the applicable PDS.
