How long does it take to get a quote for my business insurance?

How long is a quote valid?
Your Business Insurance quote will be valid for 30 days, after that you will need to get a new quote.
How quickly can I get my business insurance in place?
Your insurance could be in place in less than 10 minutes, just get an instant quote and buy online or give us a call on 1300 616 494, we will run through some simple questions, and provide your quote. If you are happy to proceed we can put your cover in place then and there.
When will I get my policy information?
Your policy information will be sent to you via email as soon as payment has been completed.
How do I make a claim?
Making a claim is simple. Just download the claim form and once you have completed this form email it to claims@RelyOn.com.au. One of the team will review your claim and be in contact with you.
How do I renew my policy?
Most of our policies qualify for auto renewal, which means we will send you an email 21 days before your policy is due to expire and if nothing has changed your policy will be automatically renewed. If your policy doesn’t qualify for auto renewal, we will send you an email 31 days before you renewal date detailing what you need to do to renew your insurance.
Can I cancel my policy?
You are able to can cancel your policy at any time. Simply email us at service@RelyOninsurance.com.au, detailing your policy number, the date you’d like cancellation to take effect, the reason that you’re cancelling your policy and your bank details for the refund. You should note that some policies are ‘claims made policies’ which means that you need your policy to be in force at the time of the claim not when the actual work was done. Can I make changes to my business insurance policy?
You can make changes at any time. Simply give one of our team a call on 1300 616 494 and they will be happy to make the adjustments for you.
What payment methods are available?
There are two ways which you can pay for your insurance:
1. Credit Card - Pay the total annual policy cost upfront on your choice of credit card; we accept VISA, MasterCard and AMEX. Once your card has been processed you will get your policy documents immediately.
2. Direct Debit - Pay the monthly policy cost via direct debit, either from your nominated bank or credit card. Fees will apply - speak to one of our team to find out more.
